Constant crashing/unable to reopen game

Hi to whomever is reading this. Recently after the old gods new blood update I've been experiencing random crashes and then I am unable to reopen the game. This never used to happen to me before and now I can't seem to play one match without the game crashing. I then get hit with a leaver ban even though I can't reopen the game, it just crashes again on launch until the match is over and then it doesn't crash anymore. It doesn't make sense and I hate getting banned for something that's out of my control. The files also tend to get corrupted and then steam either cannot verify the files or fails to validate before the match gets canceled. The most common file Ive seen get corrupted is the citadel_map files but I've seen a lot of different ones get corrupted. It isn't crashing just because of corrupted files too its either that or the game just stops responding and closes. I have a decent pc that can run the game perfect with 200 fps so I don't understand why it would be crashing in this way. If anyone has any suggestions/help they can give me with the crashing and leaver bans it would be appreciated. Thank you for reading.

I've also had this exact same scenario where the millisecond I loaded into the match after the initial disconnect i instantly got disconnected again, sent back to lobby, and then slapped with a leaver penalty.
