Constant Crashing Post-January Update

As the title says, the game has been completely unplayable after the update. Constant crashing whether it be on startup, joining a lobby, in a match normal or street brawl. My game used to crash maybe once a game before the update but I managed to fix it, and now it's infuriating to finally get this update and the game crashes 3-4 times a game, even street brawl crashes like 2-3 times. The update feels horribly unoptimized like I am getting lag chunks left and right, with VERY low settings, an issue I don't encounter on any other modern games I play. I have:
-RTX 2070
-Ryzen 5 5600
-32 GB DDR4 RAM
-M.2 2280 SSD
