Game is SUPER laggy and has less frames since last update

Since the update in early october my frames have been significantly reduced before this update i was at about 180 fps dipping to 160 in fights now im pulling like 140 avg dipping to sub 100 in fights ive tried configs, disabling mods, new steam launch options, uninstalling the game, clearing game cache, updating drivers and none of it works. Temps are normal and CPU / GPU usage are around 40% each.

Specs are
GPU: RTX 3060
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
Ram: DDR4 3200 MHZ 32 gigs
Game is installed on NVME SSD with more than half of its storage left.

any ideas on what would be causing this or is it just because the games still in alpha?
