My game normally did not crash before the new hero update. After the new hero update, I would crash maybe once a game, sometimes not. Through September, crashing once or three times a game was normal. This morning I crashed 10 times in a single game. I crashed 5 times in the game after and I just crashed another 5 times in a game.
This amount of crashes is game-losing. It is negatively affecting match-making for me and everyone involved.
