Connectivity Issues and Jitter

I've always had the occasional stutter and jitter in game but only once or twice a game and it never was an issue but since this recent patch I've constantly had jitter, freezes, and detrimental amounts of lag that has made me lose a few too many fights. Is anyone else having similar issues or is it just me?

I'm also experiencing persistent jitter, rubber banding & freezes during matches. seemingly only on deadlock and my internet connection is still stable.

Have this too lately. game just freaks out for 2 seconds and my player goes crazy
