Conjure Dragon (Paige 1) trail duration doesn't scale with 2AP upgrade or duration items

The title of this post depicts the bug.

The Conjure Dragon trail ALWAYS lingers for the same amount of time (~3 seconds from the appearance of the trail, or ~6 seconds from the moment of cast until disappearance).

This means the 2AP upgrade does absolutely NOTHING for the ability, and no duration-increasing items apply.

It's visual only afaik, the trail disappears but the damage is still there.
