combo character that is also kind of evasion tank

evasion-tank combo character

1 - reflect - counter ability that does an aoe reflect upon success low cooldown! (needs some way to reactivate whether that is combo bonus or whatever)
2 - flying knee - dash towards an enemy kneeing them, knocking them back some
3 - grapple - wrestle a hero, making both of you roll on the ground for a second. If you are directly below your opponent, do slam aoe damage.
4 - combo breaker - unlocks combo ability which gives bonuses based on successful combo meter rising, hitting a certain combo count (5 for instance) unlocks the active which converts all damage taken to healing to yourself, and pulls bullets magnetically towards you

combo bonuses -
2x = temporary boons and movespeed
3x = cooldown bonus
4x = increased spirit scaling on abilities

these are obviously off the dome and have no thought towards balancing. I just really like Apollo's 3's design, where you combo them together or lose out on using it after some time. I think a character who's entire kit is based around that philosophy could be interesting and I think it may be perfect for a character that operates as an evasion tank, so they can live long enough and exploit enemy aggression into long drawn out fights where they gradually rise in strength.
