Inspired by Abathur from Heroes of the Storm, the Clockwork Phantom has limited upfront power but exerts their influence across the map to push the tide of the game in their team's favor.
The Clockwork Phantom is a disparate amalgamation of lost souls where the most ruthless and willful soul among them has wrested the reigns of control over the rest. They have but one goal in mind: Invite more poor souls to come join the fun, and they have no qualms spending some of the weaker ones they already have to make that happen.
Their first ability, the Clockwork Golem, is a summonable minion imbued with the essence of one of the Phantom's lesser souls, functionally akin to the candle Troopers, which will link up with the nearest Trooper wave in order to reinforce its push even if the Phantom is not nearby. The Clockwork Golem can deal damage to Objectives even if the Phantom itself is not in range, ensuring that an inattentive team is punished for not maintaining their lanes against the Phantom.
Their second ability, Ectoplasmic Mine, is a sneaky tool used not only to slow enemy rotations and disrupt chases, but can set up devastating ambushes when working together with other heroes.
Their third ability, Shade Step, is their escape and dodging tool, allowing a Phantom who is caught off guard or found setting up traps too deep in enemy territory to evade and disorient enemies.
Their Ultimate, but not final ability, is Symbiotic Possession. Activation of this ability is much like Mirage's ultimate, except instead of directly teleporting to an ally, you send a spirit to possess them. While your body is vulnerable, similar to Grey Talon's ultimate, your camera will follow your ally and you will be granted the following 3 new abilities to replace your normal ones, centered around assisting your possessed ally in winning or escaping a fight.

The first Symbiotic ability is Raise Spirits, which behaves exactly as Clockwork Golem, except that they follow the Possessed host instead of a creep wave, spawn 2 at a time, and have different AP benefits. They also take on a completely spectral appearance instead of inhabiting a clockwork form.

The second Symbiotic ability is Shear Soul, where one of the Phantom's many souls will be split like an atom, leading to a devastating spirit explosion centered on the host, knocking enemies into the air and dealing considerable damage.

The final Symbiotic ability, Dread Guardian, is a powerful all-in-one escape, chase, and sustain tool that, by default, gives a powerful regeneration effect to the target (which need not be the host) alongside a movespeed bonus. When upgraded, it also grants resistance to antiheal, slows, and a barrier.
Once again, all Symbiotic abilities can only be used once per ultimate by default. The Possession also grants the Phantom a new AoE weapon with slow projectiles, low firerate, and limited range before autodetonating in the air, but good damage, average damage scaling, and a considerable blast radius.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I probably missed some details posting this.
