citadel_region_override not working post-patch

Everyone seems to be region-locked to the region where they have lowest ping, except some NA players who unintentionally get EU games with bad ping for some reason. Is the region lock intentional?

I have the same question. I like to switch to NA from Europe because games I generally higher quality there. But this isn't possible anymore.

It worked for me last patch. Doesn't now.
