Cheater who can make the game crash

Yea well I just lost, due to a cheater in the enemy team that was not only aimbotting, but also somehow had the ability to make EVERYONE elses game crash if he wanted (he did that at least 4x, i just didnt bother reconnecting after a few times).
He also claims to now have everyones Steam Info for login and stuff(but i doubt that).

Match length also indicates that he is crashing matches pretty often (id argue anything under 20mins is a game crash win)

I checked his profile the dude named "VIPERR Hack | Andrew" and have 1 game ban on record also have a link to a telegram channel probably advertising cheats to sell there
