Normaly self inflicted penalties from items like Cheat Death and Fury Trance can't be avoided using debuff remover, divine barrier or unstoppable.
However since only the -70% damage penalty from Cheat Death can be avoided with Unstoppable while the movement penalty is still applied properly I assume this is an oversight.
I tested this by using Wardens ult next to the melee dummy at low health and let it kill me while casting the ult. The damage is about 10-11 per pulse while cheat death is active and 35 when it expired. Since the damage is also 35 when unstoppable is used while cheat death is active, it is safe to assume that the damage penalty is ignored.
