Chat wheel broken cant unlock the nested segments

I have no mods, I'm not sure how to fix this if you even can. I cant access the nested segments that were in this release.

Do you have bugged old chat segments? Have you tried resetting?

i dont have old chat segments, resetting as in redownload the game?
