Character voice lines randomly too quiet

Some character voice lines, that they say to themselves, are noticeably quieter sometimes.
It seems that the lines that are not tied to things happening and happen on a timer (the ambush line) are the ones that are too quiet.

Urn voicelines are also way too quiet, compared to the rest of the voicelines.

This issue appeared to have started with the 8/29 patch. There are some lines on Lash and Shiv (at least) that are about 10% of normal volume and play when they're walking around and no enemies are in sight. There are also some Patron lines that are randomly quiet. There's probably more but (obviously) one can't play every hero in the amount of time since the patch.

There are also times i can hear voice lines doubled, with the 2nd one much quieter and on a slight delay. In particular the guardian lines when near but not in the base.

Agreed, voice lines about ambush and about staying on the lane solo (which were recently added I belive) which are said by characters to themselves are VERY quite.
