I would like it if I could change the casting on the items individually just like I can with abilities. I have currently on quick cast, but there are some items that are a little difficult to cast that I wish I can confirm cast instead, and I've made accidents because of it. For example healing rite is a little wonky, sometimes I accidentally cast it on someone who doesn't need it who was right next to the person who did need it. I think it would be nice if I am able to change that.
