Cement Slippers - Anti Knock Up Item

if this were a t2 with only the sound and bonus health it would be ok but with these stats they would suck
I mostly agree I kinda just spit balled the stats although I think the kicker here is it's hard to define the value of the passive. Nothing this cheap gives you full passive immunity to anything currently and in the right game that could be absolutely massive. Taking all that into account I think the tradeoffs are fair. All that said I would probably bump the bonus health to +200 maybe +225.
 
I like the idea, but I'm gonna go on a limb here and say you might not want outright immunity to Knockback effects.

My suggestions for the item: Give the passive a Cooldown of something like 4 seconds, reduce it to T2, and instead of all of those penalties I suggest a different Penalty: +50% Sprint delay.

This makes it so that it takes longer to start sprinting. It becomes a bit longer when losing sprint from fighting neutrals/Creeps, but it becomes much longer (like, an extra 2.5s I think) when fighting heroes.

Also, change the Health Regen to Out of Combat Regen.

Yeah full passive immunity is pretty strong you're probably right about a cooldown on it. The sprint delay is certainly a neat idea I hadn't considered and I'd happily swap it out for the move speed & slide distance although I'm partial to keeping the sound distance thing is because I think it's kind of funny 😁(I know this isn't good design but still).

I'm curious about the Health Regen to Out of Combat Regen. I don't think it would be too strong and there are already a lot of more sources of OOCR then HR.

I suggested out of Combat regen because that is more common on items than just general Regen is now. Monster Rounds, Extra Regen, and Cultist Sacrifice all offer out of Combat Regen.
