T1 talent gives more than 15% for sure.

SImple test - half health in hideout:
1. cast 1 without AP, use spell - 42 lifestealed.
2. cast 1 with AP, use same spell - 75 lifestealed.

definitely not 15% increase

15% works fine for me. What exactly are you casting? And I assume boon means ability point? Because I tried using 1 and Radiant Daggers after, numbers match.

just king ur hero, remove ability points from 1. cast 1, then cast 4, look how much hp you regained.

Then put 1 AP in 1, cast 1, cast 4, see how much hp you get.

Works perfectly fine.
Light Eater Lv0 gives 24hp which is 120*0.20. Correct.
Light Eater Lv1 gives 42hp which is 120*0.35. Correct.
I can't replicate the issue.

perhaps my UI was bugged and it showed 35%without AP
