Backstory:
The son of a renowned conjurer, the expectations for Casper soon grew beyond his abilities. No one, therefore, was too surprised when he died attempting to outdo his father. . . Until they encountered his ghost at the funeral. Now, Casper haunts the mortal plane looking to be released from his torment. And on this day of the ritual, he may finally be allowed to lay his spirit to rest.

Abilities:
Ghost Form
Temporarily become immune to physical damage (bullets, melee), but take extra damage from spirit sources. During this time, Casper can phase through buildings, floors, walls, etc. Casper may not fire his weapon during this time, but can cast abilities. Ghost form can be cancelled early.

Torment
Casper sends forth a soul fragment to damage and silence an enemy. If the soul fragment returns to Casper even partially intact, the cooldown is refreshed and health is restored equal to that of the soul fragment.
(Casper will sacrifice a fixed portion of his health to create a soul fragment. The soul fragment will then appear and cling to the enemy hero. The enemy hero or their ally will need to "kill" the soul fragment to remove the silence effect. The soul fragment can enter ghost form with Casper if Ghost Form is cast.)

Vengeance
Casper gains a stack of Vengeance for every ally killed in his vicinity. Stacks of Vengeance provide weapon damage, spirit damage, weapon resistance, and spirit resistance. Maximum of 50 stacks.
(An allied hero provides 10 stacks on death. A single allied trooper provides 1 stack on death.)

Haunt
Casper goes into a frenzy and haunts an enemy hero. During the duration of the haunting, Casper is invulnerable and will randomly alternate between weapon and melee combos for damage equal to their real value, at a fixed interval. Casper remains in melee range during the Haunt and will appear next to the enemy hero if they survive. If the targeted enemy hero dies during the Haunting, Casper will automatically begin to haunt the next available hero within the cast range (of Haunt, at the body of the dead enemy) at a refreshed duration. If Casper casts Haunt during Ghost Form, the damage source changes to Spirit Damage (1:1) until Ghost Forms duration expires.
