I'm not sure what his abilities would be but I think a character called Cartoonist would be interesting and his abilities would include 2D black and white cartoons. I'm thinking his ult would be a global effect that replaces all sound with old cartoon piano music or something like that. Also, he would have a stun that causes 2D cartoon birds to fly around a character's head. Anyone else like this hero idea or would want to flesh out how it would work?
