Capacitor can't proc on ricochet. it only can proc on the primary target.
Testing - have 3 heroes in sandbox, shoot one, capacitor ALWAYS starts on primary target.
Suggested fix: capacitor proc should calculate for every target ricochet hits, starting with primary one. Primary target proc failed? Roll next target, if procced - stop rolling, if didn't proc, roll third target chance. If this would be op - reduce chance to proc capacitor on secondary targets.
