Capacitor doesn't remove Vindicta's flying movement?

not sure if this should go here but shouldn't it remove Vindicta's flying buff?

But it doesn't remove the flying buff, it removes the attack buff. She keeps flying which she shouldn't.

It's not buff, that long lasting skill. Curse can interrupt this skill

That doesn't track for me. GT's skill is basically the same, excluding the difference in movement, and it gets interrupted.

So, If you use Capacitor on Burrow
1. It will clear MnK resists but not move speed (Move speed should because it's move speed buff and Capacitor should remove all buffs)

2. When you start shooting at the burrowed MnK, he will start jumping strangely out of its burrow

That doesn't work with MnK too, but curse can. Idk really
