Capacitor activate cancels Grey Talon's flight but not Vindicta even though both abilities are channels

Not sure if Capacitor is intended to cancel channels (prob not?) but one weird interaction i found is that Grey Talon is deflighted by Capacitor and Vindicta is not even though both abilities are channels and pretty similar

To add to the confusion, it seems like Capacitor cancels only Parts of Vindicta's flight, such as her flight particle effects, sound effects, and bonus spirit damage when shooting, but just not the flight itself.
