Can't use Majestic Leap again while ulting as bebop

Some people can, some people can't. I for example use:
Majestic leap->Ult-> after channeling a tooltip with a button saying drop down appears->I click the corresponding button (same as majestic leap is bound to) -> the tooltip disappears and nothing happens.
I tried restoring keybinds, using other keys and disabling mods.

Update: Sometimes I can make it work 1 time and then never again without restarting the game, can't find a patter with steps to reproduce though

Update I wasn't accurate when i said "the tooltip disappears and nothing happens." actually it disappears and dash right animation and sound happen.

OMG I FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX IT!! YOU JUST HAVE TO PRESS THE DROP DOWN KEY AND RIGHT (D) AT THE SAME TIME (BECAUSE THE ANIMATION IS DASH TO THE RIGHT!!)
