Can't use items on Mo and Krill during Burrow unless using Instant Cast

The targeting UI for targeted items does not show up when I'm burrowed as Mo and Krill and I cannot cast the items unless I'm using Instant Cast.

Echoing this, tested and seems like the standard targeting UI does not show up regardless of settings.
This also makes self-cast impossible in some circumstances. (confirm cast, when a external target is available and quick cast?)

Same for me. Either i use default and it sometimes work or i can`t use items at all while burrowed.
