Can't use abilities after round starts (Need to reconnect to fix)

After jumping into the lane I can't use my flog and the ability list is stuck open like this, pressing escape opens the escape menu but blocks all keyboard inputs until pressing Resume with my mouse, Only workaround is to pause and reconnect, happened on EU with 130ms ping

This is happening to me too, on both Mcinnis and Marage same thing when game starts pressing numbers doesnt do anything. Thought it was a keybinding thing at first. Quitting completely out of Deadlock and then starting it back up and rejoining fixed it for me.
