cant upgrade abitilies, move character etc before left clicking

This has happened to me multiple times
I play in exclusive fullscreen on Windows 10
Sometimes, I can't move my character or upgrade my abilities, open the shop etc.
I can fix it temporarily by left clicking but it's still super buggy
usually it goes away later on in the match (happens mostly at the start of games)
or whenever i die, i have to left click before inputting a movement or else I just stand still

i dont think that matters, this glitch has been in the game since 3 lanes was introduced. it happens very often when you ping missing characters from the player portraits ontop. at least for me thats how it triggers everytime
