Can't Read Item Description Post Match

For some reason postmatch, I could not read the item description of the enemy Yamato. The item description was replaced with a tooltip for Flex Slots instead. The bug fixed itself after rebooting the game. Screenshot and Match ID below. You can't see it in the image, but my cursor is hovering over Refresher.
