Can't Queue for a game

In the game menu for deadlock the option for play game does not appear but instead rejoin appears even though I haven't played a game since the previous night. The issue occurred after I was randomly disconnected from a game and tried to rejoin the game after being disconnected.

After trying to rejoin game fails it proceeds to show this pop-up saying "After several attempts to connect , the server did not respond":


I did not know the current state of the game so I assumed the game was still ongoing and I was just unable to rejoin the game. After multiple attempts of rejoining the game I gave up and closed the game for the day. Today I tried to queue a game and still the same issue is prevailing, where it still says "Rejoin" and giving the same error pop-up window when trying to rejoin game. I have tried to resolve this issue by verifying integrity of files and re-installing the game but this has still failed to resolve the issue. For further context I play this game from South Africa and usually find games in Europe so I don't know if this may be an issue with the way I connect to servers or if it is an issue with the games menu logic. Another issue is that I can't spectate live games as well which may be a biproduct of my current issue.

I hope this issue can be resolved soon cause I want to begin playing the queuing and inting in the game again. d(0_0)b

I saw a previous thread by Blinx909 which resolved this error by going into hero test and then disconnecting form match. This has fixed my current error but I hope you guys can look into the error which is causing random disconnects and why the Rejoin button prevails even after the game has been completed.
