Can't play as new heroes

I have played upwards of 70+ games since billy was released, in that time I have constantly had billy, doorman, and paige at the top of my priority for my queue, I have not played any of those characters once in that time. I have had multiple matches where there was no billy on either team and yet I did not get to play them, the extreme nature of my sheer unluckiness in getting these characters has caused me to suspect that this is an actual bug. If this is not a bug then the matchmaker needs serious reworking because I have yet to get a match in those 70+ matches where I wasn't playing as my lowest priority character. I have gotten so desperate to try and play the new characters that I have listened to other's advice and am playing heroes I have double down arrows on to try and improve my chances and I still haven't been able to play them. This has completely ruined my experience of this new update and this issue highlights a major problem with the matchmaker.

I haven't played nearly 70 games (probably 12-15) since the new heroes launched, and I'm experiencing the same thing. It would be understandable if I'd gotten *any* new hero even once in the games I've played, but 70 is too much to not get the heroes you've prioritized!

they have to be flagging accounts for some reason that cause them not to get heroes indirectly
