Cant open chat wheel or open settings.

I dont know why this is happening, im assuming its because of a mod i had installed, but i uninstalled all my vpks, the addons folder, verified game files TWICE, even UNINSTALLED the entire game, and i still cant do either. Im assuming its just the game itself, and if not im genuinely concerned on how a mod survived that.

forgot to update this, it was 100% an issue on my end

it was because of chatlane, but you have to manually use console to update your ping wheel.

the command should be ping_wheel_phrase_[0-7] [ping phrase]
(Ping phrase are 1-60, and correspond to a specific ping wheel phrase.)
