Sometimes there are builds that are clearly:
1. Published
2. Public
3. Searchable by BuildID
That you can't look up if you search them by name.
To give an example, there is this build by DMB called johnny rocket (id = 539388) that you can find by putting the id in the build browser, but when you actually type "johnny rocket" it doesnt appear.
As far as im aware there arent any special characters or anything so its kinda weird.
