Can't find a standard online match

I've only gotten into 8 standard games so far and have 9 hours of play time as of writing this. most of this time I have been searching for a match . I have restarted, and re-installed the game already. It says their are 12+ players searching but I'm still not getting into anything, any ideas are welcome? (Every now and then I find a match after restarting multiple times)

When you click the little flag next to your name, do you have any reports? Also, what region are you in?
