Low Frame Rates Overall - Re-Build Map BUG

Hey guys,

Sometimes, when I start the game, I get unusually low frame rates (20fps) instead of the normal one (120fps). This is for online games and sandbox. This used to be fixed by restarting my computer. But since today, it does not fix it anymore, and I have constantly ~20fps. I restarted the game/pc and reinstalled the game. A new yellow text at the top left says, "Navigation mash was generated with non-default agent settings -- Please re-build map --." Any Ideas?

Experiencing the same issue. Bump

Edit: forgot to mention the fact that I have not touched any custom keybinds for any heroes. In fact, I have not played for several weeks due to busy schedule. Everything is intact with default settings, but I do not experience low fps so frequently. The game itself just moves... in slow motion.

Same issue here, I can play sandbox but can't play normal map even I try to start with offline mode with bots
