Vulkan encountered unrecoverable error VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST.

Have same Issue but blue screens with Direct 3D now have changed to Vulkan encountered unrecoverable error VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST when switching to Vulkan

PC also fresh windows re-installed after multiple issues previously, so re-installed and fully updated with all latest drivers.
PC is way over spec, been on multiple forums - no solution, its just deadlock this happens too.

Checked Temps on all system all running low.
565.90 Nvidia Drivers (latest at time of writing this) all drivers are up to date.

Crashing every game - frustrating.

Any Help?

K fixed the issue to an extent. crashes less.

I'm having the same problem. Care to share the fix? Not sure what I'm missing at this point.

Ok, got your DM, it still crashes now and then, but not every game all the time, set your max_fps to 60, settings all low.

Follow this guys guide but for deadlock, negates a ton of crashing, think I get 1 in 10 games now.

Just went through a handful of these steps. Did not test every single one, just went through and quickly did whichever I thought would be most useful. First time I've been able to play more than 5 minutes without a vulkan error crash. I don't know which of these, or what combination, did the trick but something is clearly working better now than it was 5 hours ago.

Steam Files, watch the youtube video, change the game to deadlock, put on high performance, hopefully that should fix for a bit, it still crashes, but like 1 in 10 now instead of all the time.
