Can't connect to the match

I can't connect to the match, I get an error.

It's definitely a problem with Steam. Family access is possible, or you need to reinstall Steam.
Now try not to go into matchmaking, otherwise they may take away access for abandoned games.

same issue i can see friends online and i can also see the matches going on through the "Watch" menu but cant connect to match queue, nor spectate, nor join a friends group. if a friend invites me i do get the popups and such but get this error when trying to join them same with the join code. I also tried the F7 menu to swap my server to EU, NA, and automatic all 3 gave same error still. tried verifying files and reinstalling still same issue relogged to steam and still same issue waited couple days so game got update and still same issue.

I am also having this issue. I think it might be connected with how my internet is setup. After moving to a new apartment, I started to be unable to connect or spectate matches in Dota 2. Other games work fine, tf2 works fine, helldivers 2, quake champions, it doesnt make sense.

I have a friend who is also having the same issue. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, resetting network settings, disabled firewall and restored to defaults. What was interesting is that if I logged into their account on my pc the error was not thrown.
