received a leaving penalty and low-prio after the server failed to connect me

played this match (48887674) after not being able to connect to it, took me 3-4 tries
played it w/o any issues or penalization, even finished it and started a new game w/o low prio but then in the middle/near the end of my next game (48888691) i saw a red thingie that tells when you're in low prio
unless i was mass reported for something i think this is a bug
