Can't access Hero Sandbox

I had this problem ever since I started playing, but whenever I try to access the Sandbox I get this

I even turned off my VPN because I heard it helps.

I just tried to type "map street_test" and I have gotten the same thing.

I literally cannot access the sandbox map itself.

I had the same problem. I replied to this thread with my solution.

I had the same problem. It turns out my Palworld server was using the same query port.

My guess is that you're operating some sort of dedicated server. You'll have to find out how to change the query port for your server specifically. This is the link I used to change the query port for Palworld, but it'll probably be different depending on which type of server you're hosting.
