This is happening for me as well. I noticed it started happening after I changed my self-target to double tap instead of having to push mouse 3 to target myself, however it persists after I reverted those changes. It makes any ability that you need to left click after hitting the ability button (like Vindicta Snipe ult) not work unless you do it immediately at the same time of hitting the ability key.
