I've been similar things as well.
But for me when i play a match I've been getting all of the internet errors:


Not if last one is caused by lag or using dxvk

There are a few console commands to manually switch regions, have you tried any of these?

citadel_region_override -1 (automatic)
citadel_region_override 0 (NA-C)
citadel_region_override 1 (EU)
citadel_region_override 2 (Asia)
citadel_region_override 3 (SA)
citadel_region_override 5 (OCE)

If youre using a vpn try turning it off , its also possible you need to forward a port in your router. Lastly depending on where you live the servers might not be live when youre connecting. These are just guesses hope it helps steer you towards the right direction.
