i think that is more into low health casting line tbh also if there's a killing spree it'll be like "yooo these waste yutes are baaaddd styll"

What I've learned about Billy is that he predicably melees after his ram move so I'm ready to parry right after. Also his head is big. Also he smells.

i dont really care about his gameplay because that can be changed fairly easily with rebalances and ive only enjoyed fighting him what i hate is like. the character. no interesting backstory no charisma and most importantly no bitches
