Can you fix victor ult exploit

When he is in reanimation stage he can lvl up his ult ability to t1 and take back point, getting this upgrade for free and same time making sudden radius increase to catch enemies and extra damage for 0 drawbacks

Same goes for t2 and t3 upgrades, he gets it for free on reanimation and gets points back after getting benefits from upgrades
