There are so many posts about the overall network infra, but zero acknowledgment or update about a fix from any folks from Valve.
I personally started experiencing stuttering two weeks ago, before that the game was great.
It's in a pretty unplayable state right now, I'll often get flamed for not being productive in game and occasionally will d/c and get punished for it.
