Can parry during abilities by dashing first

You can parry during actions you normally cannot by dashing first.

1. Dash
2. Use ability
3. Parry right after

You can also light melee and immediately parry if you do an air dash

Tbh I'd like to see this stay in the game. It costs stamina and your parry, is relatively difficult to perform, and using a movement ability to dive in and parry for someone or counterspell something is very cool. Maybe it can be tuned case by case, for example preventing wraith from being able to do it with Project Mind (and fixing the jank animations rem and grey talon have with ability 1) but I'd like to see it stay in some shape or form
