This is only client side (as far as I am aware) but allows you to change and edit other users builds. Re-favouriting/restarting does not reset the build back to its previous state.
Step by step guide:
1. On your own build, hit edit to open the editor
2. Click on the name of the build on the top left to change build
3. Switch to other users build
4. Edit as desired
