Camera in spectator mode uses zoom sensitivity ratio setting instead of default mouse sensitivity

As someone who plays with a very low zoom sensitivity ratio (the lowest possible to be exact) I noticed rotating the camera when spectating a match uses this much-lower sensitivity by default instead of your standard mouse sensitivity. With my settings, moving the camera around is nearly impossible unless I go into settings and increase the zoom sensitivity every time I want to spectate a match. This applies during replay spectating and watching another players match live.
