Calico died with shop opened while in Ava form

Not sure if I should post it because there is other threads about this bug, but still.
If you enter a shop in Ava form instead of ending the form when the time passes it just damages you until u die

I had the same thing happen to me. its really easy to replicate too, just stand close to shop while in ava and let the duration run out. You start taking damage as if it ran out in the sewers.
