Calico - Buying Splitshot reduces damage until the first time its used

Buying Splitshot as Calico prevents more than one pellet from damaging the target. Using Splitshot fixes this permanently (unless you sell and buy it again)

Not Yamato specific, they did some kind of hotfix like two days ago for something and now Splitshot reduces your damage when you buy it for probably a lot of characters, noticed it on Abrams. Need to activate it at least once to fix.

yah i guessed as much that its for all "shotgun" type heroes, most likely when buying splitshot some kind of pellet count on your gun resets to 1 until you use it
