What does enemy meleeing your cab and ride it? Is it for bating enemy melee and abducting them? Also does ult 5AP upgrade makes target ally instantly revive?(like buyback in dota)

That is a potential use case but the 1.5s summon channel and 6s departure channel gives plenty of time for them to react. The main reason is to allow mind games of whether you are taking the cab or not and to give enemies a way to punish. They can choose to join if they think that they can kill you on the other side.
The reference abilities of Ryze and old Kench (from league) have the downside of being canceled by CC which I implemented for the initial cast but does not work well once the cab is summoned.

Neat concept and all, but some of the damage numbers on Headlight and Freewheeling are insanely high.
