Buy Menu Screen Cursor Stuck 24/7

I'm unable to use my mouse for anything in-game besides moving the cursor around to click on things. Its like the game thinks I'm still on the buy screen. The only remedy was to get myself killed and then i was able to play normally.

Tried and didn't work:
alt-tabbing, windows key, escape, changing screen resolution.

Same problem here has happened twice now. It seems like a 0.05% chance to happen when opening the shop screen and maybe closing it quickly? Not 100% sure about that, just know it happens from shop. I have to alt-tab and close the game and reload to fix.
