When using custom resolution, mouse position don't match mouse cursor on screen

Every time I change the resolution to something non native the mouse position registered by the game, does not line up with the mouse cursor I see on my screen. The further away the resolution is from my native res (1080p) the further away the position seems to change in X and Y.

Restarting the game fixes it, until the resolution gets changed again

I had this issue too. Was changing 60 to 240hz
