I had a bug happen today when I was playing Viscous. I opened my buy menu and qued up some items to buy. But when I closed the buy menu the item superior cooldown was stuck on my screen and moves around with my mouse. I had to play the rest of the game like that and I couldn't rearrange my quick buy menu for the rest of the game. After the match it was still happening so I restarted my game and that fixed it.
